Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. We have an answer phone outside office hours that short messages can be left on.
MAKING A PURCHASE
We can accept orders and payments by; telephone (+44 (0)1656 773 408), fax (+44 (0)1656 782 072), email (info@redidose.co.uk) and through this website and the Worldpay Secure Payment System. Or alternatively by post, by simply giving the description of goods and quantity of items required. After you have placed your order on-line, we will send a confirmation email to you summarising the order.
If you place an order offline, please contact us to arrange payment. If you decide to pay by cheque, we will wait until it clears before processing the order.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment in sterling by cheque made payable to "Redidose" or by Maestro, Delta VISA, or MasterCard. The company name for these charges on your statement will be "Half Price Hearing Ltd"
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
If for any reason we cannot despatch your order within 7 working days (excluding weekends), we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the item(s) out of stock, or be given an expected date of delivery.
We cannot guarantee exact timescales for delivery. Royal Mail can take up to 14 days to deliver your package within the UK mainland. Orders for non-mainland UK may take slightly longer.
PRICING
We retain the right to change the prices without notice. If prices on this website do not reflect our current retail price at anytime, you will be notified of the price difference and offered the option to accept the new price, or opt out of placing order.
UK DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charge for purchases on standard sized items:
Orders Under £15 = £2.50, £15.01 - £25 = £3.95, £25.01 - £50 = £4.95, Over £50 = £5.95
Various larger items will have their shipping costs calculated automatically based on size and weight.
These charges are for UK Mainland deliveries only. For delivery costs outside the UK please contact us for a quote.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. Redidose cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
RETURNS POLICY
We always aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Perceived faults can usually be resolved by a simple call to our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)1656 773 408, so please call or email us info@redidose.co.uk before returning goods.
We guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Redidose you can return it to us under our 14 day money back guarantee.
Should you require to return your order to us you should include paperwork with your original order number stated, a description of the defect, your name and address, a contact telephone number and state whether you would like a refund or replacement. Goods are returned at the customer's expense and we advise obtaining 'proof of delivery' as Redidose are not liable for goods lost in transit. If however damage has occurred to the goods in transit to our customers we would ask you to contact us immediately and return them to us as soon as possible (for which we will refund the postage) and we will either replace them or make a refund.
Redidose will refund the full amount of the products purchased, less the original postage and packing paid, as long as the products are returned in a new and unused condition.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information Collected - We only collect your personal details from you when you order an item from the website or request a catalogue. In addition, if you order from us, your delivery details will be collected. These details are passed to our accounts system and will be used to process your order. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Disclosure of your Information - From time to time Half Price Hearing Ltd. may want to inform you of special offers or make your details available to carefully selected third parties whose products we feel may be of interest to you.
Please state during the checkout process if you do not wish to receive any such information from Half Price Hearing Ltd or Third Parties.

This Terms does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note some of our processes are manual and errors can occur. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused. We reserve the right to cancel any order where obvious errors in pricing or product description have occurred.
Applicable law - These Terms and Conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Statutory Rights - These Terms and Conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
